  • Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card details)

  • Session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity
  • A/B testing data via Keak
  • Device type, browser, IP address, and referring pages

5. Mobile Information and SMS Consent

If you opt in to SMS, we use your mobile number and consent record to send the categories of messages you selected. Marketing and non-marketing consent are maintained separately. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. International Data Transfers

Given the international nature of our services, your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all cross-border data transfers in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Client engagement records are retained for a minimum of 7 years per professional accounting standards.
